Onboarding & Activation

Follow these steps to start accepting payments through direct debit.

  1. Sign up for a Xendit account.

  2. Use Direct Debit on Test Mode.

  • Once registered and your email address verified, you will now have access to your account on test mode.
  • Enable direct debit on test mode by reaching out to your Xendit account manager or to customer success.
  • Start simulating direct debit payments without having to do real transactions. See our testing scenarios on the Integration Guide for more details on how to test direct debit payments.
  1. Activate Live Mode
  • Click Activate Your Account on the homepage of your Xendit dashboard.
  • Fill in the information and submit necessary documents. A response can be expected within five (5) business days.
  • You will receive a notification once you have been approved.
  • Simultaneously, your Xendit account manager will also reach out to assist you throughout the entire process.
  1. Use Direct Debit on Live Mode
  • Enable direct debit on live mode through your Dashboard by going to Direct Debit Payment Method activation page
  • Choose the bank you wish to activate on direct debit and click Activate. Certain documents are necessary for activation.
  • After documents submissions, we will process your activation and our Sales team will be in contact with you. You may also reach out to us via our Indonesia or Philippines sales team directly via email
