Refund

Xendit support refund for any transaction made using Credit Card that you have on your Magento store. The refund can be broken down into:

  1. Full Refund
  2. Partial Refund

Full Refund

Please follow these steps below to enable refund a credit card transaction:

  1. Go to your Magento dashboard > Sales > Order
  2. Choose any order that you want to refund and click view
  3. Click Invoice
  4. Click view on the list of invoices
  5. Click Credit Memo
  6. On Credit Memo, You need to scroll down and will see refund section on the bottom of the page
  7. Click Refund, and your order will be refunded both on Magento and Xendit, and you will see this page below

Partial Refund

Please follow these steps below to enable refund a credit card transaction partially:

  1. Go to your Magento dashboard > Sales > Order
  2. Choose any order that you want to refund and click view
  3. Click Invoice
  4. Click view on the list of invoices
  5. Click Credit Memo
  6. On Credit Memo, You need to scroll down and will see refund section on the bottom of the page
  7. Change the quantity on Items to Refund into 0 (if the quantity is below 1)
  8. Click update qty
  9. Fill the amount on adjustment refund
  10. Click Update Total to finalize the total refund
  11. Click Refund
  12. Your order will be refunded both on Magento and Xendit, and you will see this page below
