You can customize your unpaid order status in Shopify via Xendit dashboard. This will help you to decide whether unpaid order will be considered as PENDING or ABANDONED.
You can decide whether you want to send Xendit Payment Email notification to your customer or not through Xendit dashboard.
Send Invoice email to customercheck box.
Customers will be redirected to a checkout page to complete their payment. Checkout settings need to be manually synced with your Shopify payment channels. You can also customize appearance, and notification settings. See full customization instructions here.
Note: If checkout settings are not synced, customers may see different options than what is displayed in your shopify checkout page.
