Register Bank Account for Withdrawal

You’re able to add your own banks for the withdrawal process. Xendit does not limit the number of the bank account that you want to withdraw. To add withdrawal bank accounts, you need to have the Administrator access and do the following steps:

  1. Open Dashboard > Settings > Withdrawal
  2. Click on Add Bank
  3. Select the bank code, and add bank account number
  4. Click add

After all of the steps above are completed, we will run a validation check to see if your business name matches the name associated with the bank account you registered.

Withdrawal Process

When you want to withdraw, make sure you have a Withdraw access, and do the following steps:

  1. Open your Cash tab
  2. Click Withdraw
  3. Select the bank that you want to withdraw from the previously registered accounts
  4. Add the amount you want to withdraw then enter your PIN. If you have not set your PIN, you will be prompted to create your PIN on the settings page
  5. Withdrawal will be processed

Notes about Withdrawal

  1. Registering your bank account for withdrawal and the withdrawal process can be done once your account is Live
  2. Xendit withdrawal is free of charge
  3. Withdrawal is real-time
  4. Withdrawal is available every day, including the weekend as long as the banks are operational
  5. Withdrawals to BCA, Mandiri, BNI, BNI Syariah, BRI, Permata have no amount limit. Withdrawals to other banks mentioned will have an IDR 100,000,000 limit.
  6. Make sure you have an active bank account to do withdrawal.
