Registration and Activation

Registration and activation of the Retail Outlet payment method has never been easier. With Xendit, you can seamlessly activate a Retail Outlet after successfully going through the KYC (Know your customer) process.

Indonesia Retail Outlet Activation

Activation estimation time is 5 business days

Here are the steps for activating RO channels for Indonesia:

  1. Register for a Xendit account and follow our KYC instructions. You can learn more about the required document by visiting our onboarding page.
  2. Complete the details of the bank account that will be used for the settlement / withdrawal process (you can also enter it later after Go-Live).
  3. Simulate the creation and payment of a Retail Outlet in test mode. Check out Integration and Testing page for more details.
  4. Make sure you have enabled the Retail Outlet payment method at dashboard.xendit.co/settings/payment-methods#retail-outlet. Please activate the retail outlet channel you want by clicking the "Activate" button.
  5. Congratulations! You can start accepting payments from retail outlet channels.

Philiphine Retail Outlet Activation

Here are the steps for activating RO channels for Philippines:

  2. Complete the details of the bank account that will be used for the settlement / withdrawal process (you can also enter it later after Go-Live).
  3. Simulate the creation and payment of a Retail Outlet in test mode. Please visit the following link for more details.
  4. Reach out to help@xendit.ph or to your account manager to activate the retail outlet channel that you wish to have.
  5. Congratulations! You can start accepting payments from retail outlet channels.
